PARK CITY, Utah (June 30, 2025) — The Forbes Five-Star Stein Eriksen Lodge partners with local breweries to toast summer in the mountains with Hops on the Hill. Sip craft beers and indulge in a vibrant seasonal menu prepared by Chef Zane Holmquist on the Flagstaff Deck, Tuesday nights beginning July 15 through August 19, 2025, from 6 – 8 p.m.
“Hops on the Hill has evolved to be our favorite Tuesday night tradition throughout the summer and is a great way to celebrate our local breweries,” said Zane Holmquist, VP of Food & Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef of Stein Collection. “Guests can soak up the sunset, brew in hand, while enjoying delicious food and live music in the evening mountain air.”
The $90 ticket to these 21 and older events includes the food tasting and specialty beer tasting. A $45 “Food Only” ticket will be available for purchase at the door.

August 5: Mountain West & Top of Main/Squatters Breweries
August 12: Prost & Helper Beer Breweries
